Marc Gravely discussed North Texas’ growth and its impact on construction during a recent episode of KRLD’s CEO Spotlight.

In the episode, “Is North Texas construction safe and sound?” Marc and KRLD’s David Johnson discussed North Texas’ rapid growth and why a building boom could lead to more and more faulty construction. The reason, according to Marc, is that there is not enough skilled labor to get everything done correctly.

Marc also discussed the role insurance companies play in the delayed rebuilding of North Texas communities hit hard by tornadoes, and he described how the state of Texas has decreased the penalties that insurance companies pay for late payments to property owners.
