Gravely PC Litigators Shine in 2025 Texas Super Lawyers Guide

Texas Super Lawyers has named Marc Gravely, founding partner of Gravely PC, to its 2025 list of the state’s top attorneys. The honor marks his 19th consecutive year on the list.

Super Lawyers also placed Mr. Gravely among the Top 100 lawyers in Dallas/Fort Worth for his work in insurance law, reinforcing his status as one of the state’s leading litigators.

Super Lawyers once again recognized partner Michael Gavito  for his achievements in construction litigation. He previously appeared on the publication’s Rising Stars list for five years.

“I’m honored to be included among the Top 100 lawyers in Texas, but I’m especially proud to see my partner, Michael Gavito, recognized for his outstanding work in construction litigation,” said Mr. Gravely. “His commitment to our clients and his results in complex cases reflect the strength of our entire team at Gravely PC.”

Mr. Gravely has built a national reputation by winning multimillion-dollar recoveries for policyholders in high-stakes insurance and construction defect cases. He has argued 15 times before the Texas Supreme Court and delivered record-setting results for school districts, hospitals, municipalities and commercial property owners. He also writes and speaks nationally on America’s infrastructure and regularly earns recognition from The Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA.

Mr. Gavito prosecutes complex construction-defect claims for public institutions and private property owners. He has recovered millions of dollars for school districts, hospitals, municipalities and businesses against contractors, architects and engineers. His work covers roofing, wall envelopes, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, foundations, windows, electrical systems and AIA form agreements. The Best Lawyers in America also recognized him in 2025 for Construction Litigation.
